Karen Smith – Principal / Design & Sales
An entrepreneur and award winning designer, Karen embodies that rare combination of business acumen and the creative design process. A designer in the industry for over twenty years she’s earned her stripes the old fashioned way; working her way up from sales to business owner. Taking on Integri Kitchens in 2012 as owner was a challenging step but a natural progression for her. Karen immediately evaluated and then enhanced Integri’s operations to optimize the customer experience. Utilizing her knowledge of the Edmonton market, she’s assembled one of the most experienced, professional teams in the city.
“We’re a smaller, personalized shop and about 95% of our business comes through referrals,” states Smith proudly, “We have great suppliers and product but most importantly we have an outstanding team of people that care… we listen.”
Karen oversees all aspects of the business to ensure her philosophy of customer satisfaction is met on each and every project. Working collaboratively with clients, sharing their ideas and working through the creative process to realize their perfect kitchen is both the motivation and the reward.
